2024: Greece’s NIP Group, A Strong Start to Collaborative Innovation
Greece’s National Innovation Practice (NIP) group held its first successful meeting on 20 November 2024, bringing together eight participants for an in-person session.
Highlights:
The group demonstrated strong engagement and collaboration, with members being open and enthusiastic about discussing innovative ideas. Their willingness to explore new concepts is a promising sign for the group’s future progress.
Challenges:
The main challenge for the group was the lack of prior experience or knowledge about Cow-Calf Contact (CCC) systems. This required additional effort to explain the concept and ensure everyone was on the same page.
Despite this challenge, the group’s positive attitude and collaborative spirit set a solid foundation for future discussions and developments within the TransformDairyNet project.
