The TransformDairyNet project hosted a dynamic workshop, from July 15th to 18th, at the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester, UK. National Network Facilitators (NNFs) gathered to enhance their skills and develop tools for mobilizing National Cow-Calf Contact Innovation Practice Hubs (NIPs).

The agenda included mapping national multi-actor networks, mobilizing NIPs, and co-creating innovative knowledge to address end-users’ needs. A highlight of the workshop was the visit to the Stroud Micro-Dairy, an award-winning CSA initiative, where participants explored innovative cow-calf contact practices in action.

Discussions also focused on tools like the Innovation Wheel to identify existing practices and generate ideas for living labs, fostering collaboration and innovation across the dairy sector. The event concluded with peer-to-peer learning and reflections, setting the stage for impactful future activities within TransformDairyNet.
