Italy’s National Innovation Practice (NIP) group focused on buffalo farming is set to introduce the TDN project during three meetings with breeder groups in December. These meetings will serve as a platform to inform and engage buffalo farmers in the project’s objectives and potential benefits.
Challenges:
One of the main challenges is that Cow-Calf Contact (CCC) systems are a new concept for buffalo farmers, requiring additional effort to explain the concept and demonstrate its relevance to their farming practices.
Despite this challenge, the upcoming meetings present an exciting opportunity to introduce innovative ideas and gather valuable feedback from the buffalo farming community.
