2024: Norway & Sweden’s NIP Group, A Strong Engagement Across Borders
The Norway and Sweden National Innovation Practice (NIP) group successfully held their first physical meetings, bringing together 13 out of 17 participants.
Highlights:
The group is exceptionally engaged and enthusiastic, with participants eager to share their knowledge and experiences regarding Cow-Calf Contact (CCC) systems. This collaboration is driven by a strong passion for innovation and a willingness to learn from each other.
Challenges:
The geographical distance between the Swedish and Norwegian participants posed a challenge, requiring two separate meetings. Additionally, a greeting and farm visit was conducted via TEAMS during the Norwegian NIP meeting. However, plans are in place for all 17 participants to connect and get to know each other better in January through a virtual session on Teams.
With their enthusiasm and commitment, the Norway and Sweden NIP group is poised to make meaningful contributions to the TransformDairyNet project.
